Watch a DEMO: tour of a sample workspace build
DEMO — SAMPLE ONLY, NOT CLIENT WORK
This short DEMO tours a sample workspace build using fictional demo data only: the This week dashboard, linked Clients and Projects databases, and board, calendar, and table views. It is not a client workspace, and no productivity or revenue outcome is claimed for any sample.
Free first step: a 10-minute teardown of your current setup.
Email WorkspaceKit and ask for a free 10-minute teardown of how you track clients and work today — one concrete fix you can use whether or not you buy anything. No obligation.
For solo founders, coaches, and small agencies (2–15 people) running on spreadsheets, sticky notes, or a half-built Notion or HubSpot they abandoned. Best first fit: agencies and coaches.
How a build runs
No retainer, no open-ended hours. You get the finished workspace, a screen-only walkthrough video (under 15 minutes), and a 1-page “how to use it” guide — then 14 days of fixes for bugs in the build (not new features).

HubSpot scope box — what “Starter Setup” means, plainly
This is a starter setup inside your own HubSpot portal: contacts and companies, 1–2 pipelines, lifecycle stages, basic workflows (lead assignment, follow-up reminders), dashboards, and Gmail/calendar integration. It is not a full enterprise implementation, and it is not a multi-hub migration — those are not offered and are declined. HubSpot builds cannot start until admin access is confirmed, and delivery is quoted in writing only after access is confirmed. Your HubSpot subscription is paid by you separately; it is not included in the $749 price. The platform version is noted in the delivery guide.
After you order
You receive a confirmation stating your track, the scope as submitted (frozen at build start), the date your turnaround clock started once access is confirmed, your revision-round limit (1 round on every track), and the end date of your 14-day fix-it window, which is set at delivery.
What a finished workspace looks like
The examples below are SAMPLES — demo workspaces built with fictional sample data, clearly marked. They are not client workspaces, and no productivity or revenue outcome is claimed for any sample. They show dashboard layout, database structure, and view design.
SAMPLE — Notion Starter (fictional agency demo): a “This week” dashboard showing tasks due and clients awaiting follow-up, plus a Clients database (name, email, status, next step) and a Projects database (project, linked client, status, due date, notes), with board view by status, calendar view by due date, and table view for data entry. The delivery guide reads: add a client in Clients, link every project to that client, work from the This week dashboard, and move a project to Delivered when the client accepts it — the dashboard updates automatically.
SAMPLE — Notion Business Hub (fictional coach demo): Dashboard, CRM/Clients, Projects/Tasks, Content pipeline, Finance tracker lite (a lite tracker, not an accounting system), and an SOPs wiki — with automations such as a task flagged “Overdue” automatically when its due date passes, and a content item moving to “Published” stamping the publish date.
SAMPLE — HubSpot Starter structure (diagram only, no real portal): pipelines “New business” and “Follow-up,” lifecycle stages from Subscriber through Customer, workflows such as a new contact assigned to owner on creation and a follow-up reminder 3 days after a discovery call with no next step, and dashboards for pipeline value by stage, deals closed this month, and tasks overdue. Built inside your own portal; your HubSpot subscription is paid by you separately.

What's included
The build for your track, a screen-only walkthrough video (under 15 minutes), a 1-page “how to use it” guide, and 14 days of fix-it support for bugs in the build.
What's NOT included
Ongoing retainers. Custom software development. Salesforce/Pipedrive migration at launch. Multi-hub HubSpot migrations. Guaranteed revenue or productivity outcomes. Features the platform does not currently support.
Scope freeze
Changes after build start are paid add-ons ($99–$199 each), quoted before the work is done. Extra revisions beyond the included round are $75/hour, quoted in advance.
Scope exclusions — what the freeze actually excludes
- Extra databases, extra pipelines, and new workflows after build start are paid add-ons at $99–$199 per addition, quoted before the work is done.
- New features presented as fixes during the 14-day fix-it window are not fixes — they are paid add-ons on the same terms.
- Extra revisions beyond the 1 included round are billed at $75/hour, quoted in advance. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes.
- Data migration from Salesforce or Pipedrive is not offered at launch — if that is what your intake describes, the order is re-scoped or declined.
- Multi-hub HubSpot migrations and enterprise security reviews are declined, as are ongoing agency retainers and custom software development.
- A feature the platform does not currently support cannot be built; only integrations the platform currently supports are built, and platform versions are noted in the delivery guide.
- No revenue, ranking, or productivity outcome is promised — what is promised is a defined build, delivered in a defined time, with a defined revision round.
Refund / cancel terms
Refunds under $50 are automatic; refunds of $50 or more are escalated to the business owner (decision within 3 business days). Cancel before building starts for a full refund minus any platform fee already charged. Once building starts, the fee for work completed is retained.
Who this is for
Solo founders, coaches/consultants, and small agencies (2–15 people) running on spreadsheets, sticky notes, or a half-built Notion/HubSpot they abandoned. Best first fit: agencies and coaches.
Who this is NOT for
Enterprises needing security review, multi-hub HubSpot migrations, or Salesforce work; anyone wanting a personal “second brain” build with no business use.
Sample workspace previews — SAMPLE
These previews restate the SAMPLE workspaces already described on this page. They are demo workspaces with fictional sample data — not client workspaces — and no productivity or revenue outcome is claimed for any sample.
SAMPLE — Notion Starter (fictional agency demo)
A “This week” dashboard showing 5 fictional tasks due, 3 fictional clients awaiting follow-up, and a pipeline summary. Database 1 — Clients: fields Name, Email, Status (Lead / Active / Past), Next step, Value (fictional demo values only). Database 2 — Projects: fields Project, Client (linked), Status (Not started / In progress / Delivered), Due date, Notes. Views included: board view by status, calendar view by due date, and table view for data entry.
Delivery guide excerpt (the template used on every real delivery): (1) Add a client in Clients. (2) Link every project to that client. (3) Work from the This week dashboard — it only shows tasks due in the next 7 days. (4) Move a project to Delivered when the client accepts it; the dashboard updates automatically.
SAMPLE — Notion Business Hub (fictional coach demo)
Databases: Dashboard, CRM/Clients, Projects/Tasks, Content pipeline, Finance tracker lite (fictional income/expense rows, demo values only), and an SOPs wiki holding 3 fictional SOP pages: “Onboarding a client,” “Publishing a post,” and “Monthly review.” Automations shown: a task flagged “Overdue” automatically when its due date passes, and a content item moving to “Published” stamping the publish date.
Walkthrough script excerpt (screen-only, under 15 minutes): “This is your dashboard. Everything you need this week is here. Your clients live here, your content pipeline here, and your finance tracker here — it is a lite tracker, not an accounting system.”
SAMPLE — HubSpot Starter structure (diagram only, no real portal)
Pipelines: “New business” (Lead → Discovery call → Proposal → Won/Lost) and “Follow-up” (To contact → Contacted → Meeting booked → Closed). Lifecycle stages: Subscriber, Lead, Marketing qualified, Sales qualified, Opportunity, Customer. Workflows: (1) a new contact assigned to owner on creation; (2) a follow-up reminder 3 days after a discovery call with no next step; (3) a deal moved to Won triggers a “send onboarding email” task. Dashboards: pipeline value by stage (fictional demo values), deals closed this month (fictional count), and tasks overdue (fictional count).
The note carried on every real HubSpot delivery: built inside your own portal; your HubSpot subscription is paid by you separately; platform version noted at delivery.
